Reverse Chronology
THE FUTURE
* Four days from now - Speechies go to London! Besides probably/definitely winning some events and claiming to be world champions at the international tournament, we will see the show Wicked - and hopefully a couple others (will try to score some last minute tickets). As an added bonus, we get to hang out with T-Mac for the week, who will be flying over from Ukraine.
* Two days from now - Oma/Rita/Traci's mom's house closes - it's sold!
THE PRESENT
* Today - I did some "power teaching" in class by showing the basketball episode of The Office that sorta linked to the content.
* Our daffodils are blooming.
THE PAST
* This past weekend - I coached the university's Ethics Bowl team - kinda like watered-down debate with sub-par judges. At the fancy welcome dinner, a drunk woman next to me was flirting with me. Her husband didn't approve and they left early.

So I had recently been discussing with Truax that had I been around this extra semester like originally planned, I'd have a nice case of laryngitis to take to London and I would die.
So, it is with great confidence that I say, I wish you the best of luck, because if I was there it would have been 4 years ending in a single, pitiful *honk*....if I could even muster so much.

So are we NOT supposed to claim we are world champions? because even though I was not a champion, I still claim to be a world champion... sadly, no one is impressed. Not even a little. Mostly they are confused like: "You? Really?"

Man, I'm so jealous! Have a good time in London! If I still lived in the Grove I'd ask you to bring me back a pint glass from one of the pubs...not that you'd be drinking there...I mean..SAFE TRAVELING!
