Don't Blow Your Nose

Today was a slow, easy, mellow holiday. Perfect.

Nick and Jonas taught me to play wall ball.
Nick: "Dad, have you played this before? You're really good."

Nick and I made dinner tonight. Eggs (with ham and cheese) and pancakes. Since we're both huge fans of food coloring, we added more and more color to the pancake batter as we cooked them. They started pink, turned darker pink, kinda purplish, then blue. During dinner, Jonas said that the blue pancakes were the best.
Nick: "Any color of pancake is good!"

Nick has a bit of a cold.
Nick: "It's weird when I suck the snot in one side of my nose, it goes into the other side."

Sounds like you had a great night! You and Nick had father-son bonding time.

Next time I'm over I'm going to take all of your food coloring. You are a disaster with food coloring (hate to break it to you).

No, Mark. Let Sam keep his food coloring. He likes to color things he brings to me. It adds a little spice to life. :)

Fact: Colored pankaces are the most "ethnic" of pancakes.
Fact: your son is correct. Any color pancakes are good.
Fact: Any food that is colored is fine by me. Incuding Jello, Certian cereals, and Green beans.
Turn: You should put food coloring in to everything. EVERYTHING.
