Dreamland Update
After visiting our potential dreamhouse/land several times, we started noticing potential problems with the construction - little things, like "Will the deck fall apart?" because of the seemingly unorthodox support. We asked Mike The Real Estate Agent (MTREA) to check on permits, and he gave us a report. Not good. Most areas of the house failed inspection at least once before getting passed. It looks like the home was built by an owner, not a contractor. So, we were leaning towards not making an offer.
Yesterday, MTREA informed us that the sellers have taken the house off of the market. Since it is no longer for sale, we will definitely not make an offer.
All in all, it seems like the best thing, since we don't want our dream to end up as a nightmare.
IN OTHER NEWS - Jonas brought the layered look to a new level, wearing only two garments: White briefs over green Power Rangers boxer briefs. Outstanding.

Sorry that your dream house didn't work out.... But hey, it could have been "The Money Pit" Part Two.....Awe MAN you could have been Tom Hanks!!!! But then Tracie would have had to be that mean girl from the show "Cheers"..........Who's theme song was written by a Portney!!! Talk about Six Degrees of Seperation! Maybe some thing better will turn up!

Yea, I think that's probably for the best. On the plus side, your son in a fashion dynamo! :-)

I'm sorry your dream house didn't work out, Sam, but sheep are smelly, anyway.

In other news, your son is my fashion icon, the sun is shining beautifully, you don't have to work for conferences anymore, you have an unbelievably kick-ass family, I can bring my computer to England, and the team is going to rock this year. "I see trees of green... and clouds of white... the bright blessed day... and the dark sacred night... and I think to myself, 'what a wonderful world.'"

That's really too bad, I hate not getting things you want, but...since you're not moving any time soon, poker night?

Sorry to hear about the dream house. Miracle Max will come through sometime for ya. There will be other dream houses... like, in Wisconsin... where nobody has any awareness of fashion, and Jonas (a.k.a. Presidente) would fit right in.
